FREE shipping for all orders over $100 (excluding large, heavy or bulky items)

Orders under $100 will incur a flat rate shipping charge of $10.

In store pick up is available from ‘Simply Belissima' 14 Want Street, Parkes NSW.

Deliveries are sent via Australia Post during normal business hours Monday – Friday.

Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will be notified once your order is on its way, and a tracking number will be provided. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery.  

Please kindly check that you have correctly entered your shipping details.

We always ensure our packages are sent to you with the upmost care and protection to avoid any issues in transit. We do hope that our orders will always be handled with the same care and protection as when they left us, but unfortunately sometimes items can still be damaged in transit. If this is ever the case, please send us an email immediately along with your order number, a photo of the packaging and a photo of any damage. In these rare occasions, we will offer an exchange of the same item.

We do not accept International orders via this platform.
